I bought a new home at their Valley Vista site. Terrible experience after moving in. If I could give zero stars I would. They say they have a 1 Year Fit to Finish, but they don't honor it. I had to reach out to builder and get a lawyer to make them honor their contact. The Foreman and Manager are no help, most times you can find them doing nothing.
