The team that just moved my house were excellent! They took care with my belongings and communicated everything they were doing, I'm very happy with the service received today, thank the team again for making this move such an easy & smooth process
They very carefully handled bulk items. Worked really hard. However, the team hooked up the washing machine drain hose without checking properly. Connected the hose to a blocked intake and did not attach a jubilee clip. We ran the machine and it promptly resulted in a flooded laundry room. The water also seeped into a nearby room which is carpeted. Not exactly professional given the amount of money paid.
Highly recommend the team at Next Move. They made a large & difficult move very easy. From the very efficient Kathleen in the office, to Lucas & the guys - very impressed with the care & skill. We are happy to be utilising their services again next week for the second stage of the move - well done all!
Next Move were brilliant. The whole team are efficient polite and make the whole experience stress free 🙂
