We dealt with Vincent who was extremely friendly and quick to respond to our needs. We got the house we wanted and all the steps after e.g. deposit payment, contract etc was dealt with quickly and clearly. This company are very transparent and clearly care about you as a tenant (sent us a leaflet about our rights and what to do in case of a problem) unlike some of the bad London agents we have dealt with in the past.
It was a pleasure dealing with Next Move and Hector/Vincent. They were responsive and helped us with any queries we had efficiently. The property was in fantastic condition when we moved in, and any issues we had (minor key & toilet seat issue) were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend anyone to use Next Move and Hector!
My experience with Next Move has been overall very pleasant. From the first point of contact with them over the phone arranging a viewing to collecting the keys Hector has been so incredibly helpful and responsive. Hector is friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us through the process of securing a flat I was desperate to land. I've been letting our property through Next Move for over 15 years. I highly recommend them. They are quick to respond and very good at solving any issue that may arise. Their contractors are reliable and reasonable. Abdul and Zully are great.
Amazing agents ! they are super quick and efficient. They helped me complete my application and get the flat so quickly. Would definitely recommend for tenants and landlords.
