Programs stating they help, but really don't. A huge thing the homeless people really need. Is proper advocacy. How can these programs help? Resources are continually being defunded and closing. The cops are her continually violating human rights. Demostic violence shelters are over capacitated and Gavin Newsom defunded a large portion of Demostic Violence programs. Worst experience ever. Staff members do drugs while on shift. My room was completely disgusting and filled with dead roaches.i asked for a different room they sent me to a another building with drug use and absolutely no security. Staff could not help me with basic necessities,they are rude my case manger was clueless he kept calling somebody else for help. Worst place to be. I was better off the underpass I was at before coming here . Staff is rude and has no knowledge of being homeless or how to deal with situations. I feel scared for my life here .there are crazy people just running around and staff hangs out and encourages unlawful behavior. Everyone says there was just two employees that knew how to handle this place and every situation that happens and they were fired .
