I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I had an excellent experience. First, their prices were unbeatable compared to other rental companies. Such a fantastic deal! Picking up my car was quick and easy, and the staff at the counter were friendly. The car was just as expected and functioned perfectly throughout my trip. Returning it was effortless and speedy, with a pleasant representative to assist. I will certainly choose this service again!
