I came to Gina because I was having horrible lower back pain. Some days hurt worse than others. I have many little ones in my home and my back pain would make it hard to hold them. After working with Gina, I no longer have any back pain. I’m so very thankful. Gina gave me the resources to help avoid reoccurrence in the future—stretching, posture, and exercise. Gina is the best!
I seen Chrissy for pelvic floor and low back dysfunction and noticed a huge difference in a short amount of time. She spent so much time listening to me and watching my functional movements giving me cues to improve my body mechanics and I am forever grateful!
