I seen Chrissy for pelvic floor and low back dysfunction and noticed a huge difference in a short amount of time. She spent so much time listening to me and watching my functional movements giving me cues to improve my body mechanics and I am forever grateful!

My elbow has been bothering me so I booked an appointment with Gina. Just got done with my therapy visit, dry needling to alleviate tightness and learned some techniques/stretches to do at home. I learned that the tightness in my elbow is actually coming from tightness and lack of mobility in my shoulder. It’s crazy how the body works.
