Super thankful for Next Level and Dr. Devi for helping me run my first marathon pain free! This year I decided to start training to run my first marathon as someone who wouldn’t consider herself a runner. This is not your typical PT place. Dr Devi is amazing. Not only did she design a take home plan for me to become stronger and more flexible, she had me working with weights and pulling sleds during our session. Great innovative therapy here. I highly recommend Next Level.
Elyse has been so amazing since day one with helping figure out what caused my pain, how to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. I thought I was going to PT for simple hip pain from over-training, but I’ve learned so much about how my body moves and how it’s all connected to things I’ve been dealing with for years. Definitely a great place to do your physical therapy - you get a whole person for a whole hour and you don't have to share them with 4 other people! (If you've had PT before, you know exactly what I mean!) The staff are friendly, and my person (Dr. Devi) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. Highly recommend this place for your next rehab experience!!
