I am a competitive powerlifter, and entering my ‘masters’ years. I have been going to Next Level PT for a year, after being diagnosed with arthritis and frozen shoulder. Hayley has worked wonders! Dry Needling has kept me on the platform and competing, and continuing to enjoy what I love. She works me in quickly, and is professional and thorough.
