This is the best physical therapy I’ve ever had. Most PT spends 5 minutes during appointments and then sends you out to do exercises. Dr. Kate at Next Level Physical Therapy not only spent an entire hour with me during each appointment but also was more wholistic when determining what needed to be done for treatment and appropriate exercises. She greatly helped me with my overused knees.
Dr. Kate Freyberger has done an EXCEPTIONAL job treating my back this year! Kate has extensive knowledge of movement and exercises that she adapts in real-time. As she watches you exercise, she suggests exercises or adaptions that help you use and strengthen the right parts of your body. My daughter encouraged me to come here because she had concerns with my mobility. I had a great experience overall. The receptionist Rachael was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The exercises prescribed were effective and made a noticeable difference with both strength, flexibility, and range of motion. The only downside was that Dr. Jose could work on improving bedside manner — a little more empathy and communication would make the experience perfect.
