It was an excalent experience today.
I had to have an "emergency" audiogram done so that I could get into an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor the next day. I had lost essentially all hearing in one of my ears. The ENT needed the audiogram before he would see me. The folks here fit me in same day and did a thorough exam, including a speech recognition test. The ENT found their results very useful. I am very grateful for the kind and professional service that I received with essentially no notice.
