Please answer your phones ! There may only one or two persons at the counter helping people. When the phone rings they're not able to answer it. Nobody in the back answers the phone. I have left messages. They have never been returned. Please somebody in administration help the persons at the front by answering the phone!
Visited the showroom today (Nov 2025) only to find that the only salesman wasnt going to be back for two more days and the lone person there was the delivery driver that said he didnt know ANYTHING and couldnt answer any questions. why would you leave a person like that in the showroom? Is this indicative of the service I will get for an order? I wasnt the only person that came in, there were two more people that were told the same thing. Definitely call before you go.
I had a damaged door that I purchased from next level door they replaced it, no, questions asked immediately. Thanks again, guys, see you on the next order!
