Fabulous experience. Spent several hours there picking out 7 interior doors and 2 exterior. They have a great selection and differing price points. Chris was so helpful and did not try to “upsell” us. Ignore the negative reviews on this site: those folks are cranks
Sabotage by person taking the order! Michael took my door order and it's my belief that the order was sabotaged intentionally. I'm a general contractor who's been placing order for over 25 years. I told him I need a 24 inch standard height door. He wrote down 2 feet 4 inches and gave me a 7 foot tall door (not standard at all) 80-inches is standard. Ran into a next level rep at the bank. He came by my house took measurements and told me he would call me with the estimate the next day. That was August 8th, today is October 1st and still no call. Don't trust a company that makes promises that they can't keep.
