Very disappointed. This is my second sofa from this store. I spent 1400.00 and I had it home for 1 hour and realized it wasn’t going to meet my needs I rushed to the store to talk to them. I was super nice about it and asked them to help, they wouldn’t let me exchange it for another sofa, even though I had it for only 1 hour. Not only do I love my Party Time Recliner Loveseat…this company really stands behind their sales. 2 years after purchase, I had an issue with the loveseat and I called to ask about it. I received excellent customer service. They helped me resolve the problem. They are very friendly, no pressure sales and want you to be happy with your purchase. I highly recommend this company and their furniture.
