EDIT :my new doctor rang them as I'm. Going to court in 2 weeks and they couldn't even give him an answer just that I was told not to come back my doctor was shocked i was banned from all next generation occupation medicine in Adelaide I'd find someone else less hassles and more properly managed there customer service is shocking Had a conflict with one of the receptionist I asked to make a complaint was told no then was told I'll be rang by her senior was then rang and told my doctor has asked I don't come back after 2 year... read more

Had a conflict with one of the receptionist I asked to make a complaint was told no then was told I'll be rang by her senior was then rang and told my doctor has asked I don't come back after 2 years and at this point I time I'm only just holding on mentally after losing it all due to work on jury and I wasn't even asked my side just told don't come back find a new doctor and get files sent to new surgery very disappointed in there conflict resolution very disappointed in general
