My wife and I used the infrared sauna to have a feel how it is and feels. We had a great experience and Dani was lovely and very accommodating. She explained everything in great detail and listened to us . We have booked again and next time my wife will try the red light pod.
Very relaxing experience the infrared cocoon was amazing. Dani was very knowledgeable and happy to impart her wisdom. Excellent value
