I purchased the G30 Cargo. My daughter loves going on rides. Regan was excellent to deal with. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Also, he was easy to communicate with during the purchase and delivery process. He genuinely cares about offering great customer service and I highly recommend him.
Regan has been an absolute gem of a human being, helping me figure out which ebike would best be suitable for me in my current situation. I am from Sydney and have not even purchased a bike from the store, or visited before, but he has gone out of his way, above and beyond, just to help me. I have yet to follow through and purchase an ebike as of right now either from him or another store, but I am just amazed at the level of customer service received thus far! Although they didn't have the kind of product I was looking for, Regan was helpful in providing (for free) the best tips on where else I could get it.. I didn't expect such great service!
I purchased a max cargo bike and have loved it ever since it arrived. I use it to transport my 4 year old. She loves it. Regan went above and beyond with the set up, delivery and extra support when needed. I honestly could not recommend anyone better.
Regan is very knowledgeable about E-bikes and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Next Gen e-rides.
