The PTs are great to work with. I worked with Ritchie. They have a nice, new, large facility. However everything else is poor- customer service sucks. They often don't answer phones. Their App makes you login repeatedly that gets annoying- just to see your exercises. They MOVED without telling their patients! No signs, no reminders! They don't bill insurance & their billing staff/ person in Colorado is slow to respond.. Finally, the location is pretty inconvenient. I'd only recommend them if you live or work nearby.
