I would give the Customer Liaison Officer Paula McLean 5 stars if I could but I had a few issues with Next Energy not completing works which Paula got sorted, ahe also got me a refund off my energy supplier for overpaid electricty, I also would like to mention Gary Murphy the site manager who was also very good. So Next Energy receive 4 stars from me,the workmen were polite and courteous and turned up on time
Damaged my property and disconnected all my guttering! Left screws bolts rubbish all around and didn't clean up cause damage to my bathroom ceiling aswell COWBOY WORKERS!!!! REFUSE ANY WORK NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
Where do I even start, so october 2024 Next Energy turn up to begin work and still now in June 2025 it still has not been completed. They turned up whenever they felt like and just went around the back, we would be sitting in the living room 1pm and they'd turn up to work and treat our home like a building site. I had an amazing service from this company and don’t understand the bad reviews. They were always on hand and very quick turnaround. I got a boiler, underfloor insulation and loft insulation
