All the reviews you have seen so far are spot on. I first visited this location nearly six months ago. Great Bike and GreatService! I recently bought my Velotric e-bike from Next E-Bikes and I love it! The bike is smooth, comfortable, and very easy to ride. The step-through design makes it easy to get on and off, and the pedal assist makes riding effortless. The team at Next E-Bikes was very helpful and made the whole experience great. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about getting an e-bike!
I stopped at Next E-bikes in Bolingbrook Illinois, and was greated by Nick. Nick was supposed to close the bike shop at 5pm, but stayed open till 630pm to help me dial in the new e-bike with all of my settings, accessories, and even helped me load the bike in the back of my truck and secure it in the cold. He went above and beyond to make my 1st purchase of my first e-bike enjoyable! The service was top notch! I am looking forward on going back to get my wife's bike in the future. Nick is the best! Put in 25 miles and took a spill that snapped my left mirror. Rolled into the shop and Nick and his guy took care of me like family. Fast, honest, and top-quality work. You can tell they truly care about the riders and the community, not just the sale. Being right by Hidden Lakes is a huge bonus — get your bike serviced and hit the trail the same day. Hands down the best e-bike shop in the area. Highly recommend!
