I have been dealing with Bianca for almost a year. They took a $500 down payment, refused to finish the work. They have been nothing but rude to me. We agreed on them sending me Italian Leather and for me to get someone else to do it. . They sent me this box saying " We will do nothing more" Buyers Beware. Edited to add pictures. This is upholstery you can get at a Tandy Leather for $50
I have 2 large pool umbrellas made from Sunbrella material. The stitching was no longer holding in some areas but the fabric looked very good and didn’t show any discoloration or wear. They sewed them back together with sun proof thread and we are using them again. We are very pleased with the product and with the service we received. They are really good people and know what they’re doing.
A great place to get upholstery done i also had the pleasure of taking classes there the instructor is very polite patient and professional i 100 percent recommend

I chose this place based on reviews and communication before the job began. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as other customers. They quoted a new woven flooring in a pontoon boat and a custom cover. I dropped the boat off first of February and to my surprise when I contacted them in April they hadn’t started on the boat (to my understanding).
