Just called to ask a question and the representative that answered the phone was very short. I had a simple question about insurance and she was real quick to point out that they are only accepting FSA or SSA right now even though their website says BCBS. She was willing to elaborate on anything else and when I said that the website states otherwise she just got quiet and would not say anything else. If that is how you are going to treat your customers over the phone I will take my business else where.
