We recently gained a very quick approval through Brad at Nexgen Lending for our new house purchase and are extremely happy with our experience. Brad was very professional and guided us through each step of the process with open and frequent communication. He went above and beyond to be flexible around our busy work schedules and worked under restricted deadlines to successfully get us approval. He is knowledgeable and reliable and I would definitely recommend his services to others.
