I knew that I needed hearing aids for a very long time. I had to finally admit to myself that every day situations were becoming more difficult. I was listening to conversations and not contributing much a lot of the time because I was only guessing at what was being said. Conversations in restaurants were too difficult. The background noises made hearing any words almost impossible. Watching TV was becoming a "chore." I cannot say enough about how great Adam was. We is extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood my test results and what my next steps should be. He is amazing!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
