I recently got my first hearing aids at NexGen Salt Spring. I highly recommend both hearing aids and NexGen. NexGen was patient and helpful as I took my time to decide whether or not I wanted to take the step to get hearing aids. They spent a lot of time tailoring them to meet my specific needs. I have had minor hearing loss since I was a kid, and didn't realize how much of the subtler sounds I was missing - like frogs in the evening, and all the background of bird song in my neighborhood.
