Wish I could give zero stars because anytime I call in to the main line and press "100" i get routed to the receptionist who is extremely rude and refuses to transfer you to the person you are calling for.
Perhaps the nursing home itself is okay, but I never got to tour it. My sister's case-manager told me that Holt Senior Care had an opening and that I should call Lindsay asap. The plan was for Lindsay to meet my sister at the assisted living where she lives. I met Lindsay outside as I wanted to talk w/her privately before she met with my sister.
