I bought two of their belts and one of them came apart in less than a year. They wouldn't even send me a piece of nylon so I could replace it. I even went to the retailer that sold me the belts, they wouldn't help either. I wont ever buy a nexbelt again. I prefer to give my money to a company that stands behind their warranty. I like the mechanism of the belt though. Just with a company that takes care of their paying customers better.
Zero customer service. Will not ever purchase products again.
I shipped a buckle back for a refund which they received 4-22. They lost/misplaced it and will not give me the refund even after I provided a tracking number and screenshot of when it was delivered and where. Their customer support is useless. I know it’s only $25 but the way they have treated me especially since they have proof that it was delivered. I will never give them any busy and I would suggest others don’t as well.
was good to start then started to fray along edges now not able to wear anymore!!!!Can not recommend.
