Zero customer service. Will not ever purchase products again.
I shipped a buckle back for a refund which they received 4-22. They lost/misplaced it and will not give me the refund even after I provided a tracking number and screenshot of when it was delivered and where. Their customer support is useless. I know it’s only $25 but the way they have treated me especially since they have proof that it was delivered. I will never give them any busy and I would suggest others don’t as well.
was good to start then started to fray along edges now not able to wear anymore!!!!Can not recommend.
Liked the belt at first but suddenly it now has 2 breaks with what feels like the inner core part and the stitching is coming apart so less happy about it.
I love the Titan EDC belt. I've had this belt going on 6-1/2 years, and it has served me well. I wear it almost every day and it is still in great shape. I did have a hinge screw come out and get lost and even though it is out of warranty, Nexbelt sent me replacement screws at no charge. Happy customer here!
