I've bought a few belts and use them for my etc and competition. I did have a separation issue with 2 belts and notified them via email. Without any issues showing them the pics, they sent me two replacement belts. When companies these days honor their warranties life this they deserve our business as consumers. Great job Nexbelt, LLC. Customer for life here!!
Would have gave them 5 stars but customer service sucks, lost a screw on a belt latch and they gave me such a hard time that I gave up, and like a suckered brought a new one, either way I work on retail and my company sells these belts, but I try to give customers who are interested in there items to be aware that this occured to me and like may happen to them.
I bought two of their belts and one of them came apart in less than a year. They wouldn't even send me a piece of nylon so I could replace it. I even went to the retailer that sold me the belts, they wouldn't help either. I wont ever buy a nexbelt again. I prefer to give my money to a company that stands behind their warranty. I like the mechanism of the belt though. Just with a company that takes care of their paying customers better.
Zero customer service. Will not ever purchase products again.
