Staff and ownership was very kind and reassuring, and made sure to run tests on everything possible. Ultimately, the product was not successful in my case, not even a little. They told me I’d have results after one treatment, and total resolution in 6 weeks. I went for 9 weeks. No improvement. Was very disappointed.
