I have known Sean for close to 10 years now and we have dibbled in business in the past, but I was in a situation where I needed the money pretty quick and not one bank could help me not even my personal bank for 16 years. Sean helped us with a miracle closing. The fastest closing I have ever heard of and he did not hesitate to answer ANY of our questions. He was available each time we texted and called for any question. When he did not know the answer right away, he either had contacts in hand that could better answer our questions or he would call/text back with an answer as soon as he knew. I could not recommend a better person who could have helped us better understand this closing process.
Sean was great to work with on my listing in December. He promised a smooth and fast closing, even under a time crunch, and delivered exactly that. I highly recommend him.
