I really love this company! They worked sub yo to sun down to make sure we got our home. Remington Hendrix and Tommy Hendrix -Brown personally handled everything. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make. Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this company. This was the absolute worst experience of my life! Being a first time homebuyer, I put blind faith into Tommy Hendrix-Brown. He hardly ever communicated and the information he did provide was not the same information he provided to my realtor. Broker Tommy Hendrix-Williams out of Jonesboro, AR, upon receiving constructive criticism via Google Review, published a client’s financial information via Facebook where her name and identifiable images were not redacted. Gross violation of the signed privacy policy and a breach of fiduciary duty. Federal and state complaints have been or are in the process of being filed and are pending investigation.
