Absolute game-changer. The space is clean, modern and ridiculously relaxing. The staff are super friendly and know their stuff — they were able to help me understand each recovery strategy with detail. After using the sauna, ice bath and compression boots, my body felt amazing. I highly recommend for anyone serious about fitness and especially recovery!
Incredible facilities! Their ice baths have helped me uplift my physical and mental health drastically! And their saunas are perfect to help unwind after a workout at their gym. Great staff, and great vibe. 10/10!
I ve asked for refund as I said I will not use the service anymore and they refuse to do it , once I wrote opinion on google they asked me to remove it and they will do refund , so I did what they asked but the refund didint come….
