The first time I visit this place I bought several nail color items for me PERSONALLY, I am a normal person. The employee had not asked me for ANY license to buy in this place and she did not notify me about that either. Very poor quality of some nail polishes, I think they alter them. One of my nail polishes from DND was very thick when I bought it and after a few days it was almost dry and lumpy. The owner didn't want to change the color for fear of losing $8. Now she's going to lose a lot more. This is the second time I've bought this nail polish.
