The employees who work the front desk/reception/scheduling are extremely disorganized and inconsiderate to a patient's needs. I was told I could no longer see my doctor for a pre-travel consultation 13 days (9 business days) before I left on vacation. On Aug. 2 I made an appointment two months in advance for Oct. 12. On Sept 20 I was notified my appointment needed to be changed to another date due to the doctor being unavailable and that I'd be called back with a new date and time.
