Exceptional experience. So thankful to have found Dr Horner and NewView
Waiting for appointment.
First visit today. Newly blind patient...extremely stressful for our family. Staff from receptionist to doctor were all kind, knowledgeable and most helpful. We felt at ease and look forward to working with NewView Oklahoma in the future.
The staff were not professional in appearance. We were kept waiting 45 minutes after the appointed time. The doctor seemed to work from an erroneous assumption and did not ask the right questions. Her attitude toward an elderly patient did not reflect good training. She was brusque in manner of speech. She did not recommend anything helpful.
