I got heather thank goodness she is always very efficient and never had any problems with my account 100% A+++ and while I'm in there the phone always rings with someone looking for her you can't beat an excellent service .
Brilliant service and the lady's are very welcoming and helpful but the open hours are terrible I work 8/5 Mon to Thursday and 8/2 on a Friday and can't get time to get near it.. maybe a Saturday morning our one late night a week would be perfect.
