We have been going to this bank branch for several years and generally have had fine-neutral experiences. Today, however, I walked into the bank and while waiting to complete my banking I overheard the bank manger and another teller chatting about a customers Facebook profiles. They spoke about a customer looking younger than they were and made political comments related to them. It was the most inappropriate conversation I have heard at a professional organization. I will be going to another branch from now on.
Wonderful local community bank that appreciates its customers. They are spectacular with small business, treating us like family instead of a number. We have been a customer for years and look forward to continuing our relationship with Nancy Kuhn and the team in Trumbull. Thank you for all the help!
