Alan the manager, is absolutely miserable… having the bank charge extremely unreasonable fees and then not even wanting to speak with customers to fix the issue. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

2% fee for paying your mortgage over the phone, this place is pathetic if they think charging $41.00 for a customer service rep to write 16 digits, and expiration code and a security code. Take your business somewhere else
