I got my mortgage and checking account about 2.5 years ago with this bank. apparently several months ago i never noticed my checking account started being charged a 12 dollar monthly maintenance fee. I signed up for the checking to automatically pay the mortgage each month which would waive any fees, for the first 18 months no fees. so of course i thought i signed up for that correctly. little did i know the way i did it did not qualify for the waiver fee. i haven't checked my checking or mortgage account since i opened the ... read more
