NSB has a lackadaisical approach to customer service that has left me utterly appalled. Newtown Savings Bank's incompetence knows no bounds; I am continuously met with frustration and disdain. I have been a loyal customer for years, but the barrage of issues has transformed my experience into an endurance test. I once Banked hear when they first opened. Talk about no where to go without others HEARING you! The Drive Up Banking is NOT SEPARATED from the Waking Bank, in other words The Drive Up can hear the People inside and vis a verse. I once heard the guy in Drive Up tell the Teller HIS Accounting Number when I was inside....The Teller I had when I opened my Account s was Inexperienced, so much as I thought He was a Part Time person.
