Highly Recommended! I highly recommend the Arthritis Joint Work class at Newton Seniors Centre. I started this program because of hip arthritis and pain in both legs, and it has been incredibly helpful for my mobility, joints, and overall strength. Most exercises are done sitting in a chair, with simple equipment such as light weights, balls, and resistance bands. After visiting the library or a nearby gym for a workout, it's nice to drop by the Senior Centre for a cup of coffee and a snack to unwind. Very safe and relaxing place.
