Jenna was highly unprofessional and didn’t Help me. Bad experience with staff here.
They care more about verifying my identity and making sure I’m not “ripping off the system” than they do about helping. I lived in Newton since 2021 and they’ve questioned my identity and residency as if I’m some sort of con artist. I’m not. I actually need help.

Tokyo Steakhouse in Chestnut Hill Mall. I am allergic to broccoli which the waiter and cook knew. This is the second time my food has been "tainterd" This time was Feb 27 at about 2:30 P.M. This time there were several small broccoli florets under one of the mushroom slices. The rice and bean sprouts apparently were cooked separately.
