Melissa and her staff are excellent. Melissa's concern for the welfare of the Citizens of Newton County are evident in the quality of work her office provides. Citizens have a right to voice their concerns, at least have the integrity to use your real name and tell the person face to face, so if your concerns can improve performance they can be implemented. By not doing so, you are just spreading neighborhood gossip yourself.
I have worked at the Newton tax office for 5 years now. Melissa is a great boss to work under, she treats her employees like family. Also, Melissa and her staff are ALWAYS there to help the citizens of Newton county.
Let me tell you, Melissa at the Newton County Tax Office is a complete nightmare. Sure, she may seem professional when dealing with customers, but that's just a facade to hide her true nature. She treats her employees terribly, causing unnecessary drama within her department. It's appalling how she spreads lies and rumors, making things worse for everyone around her.
