This place is a joke I have never been too Kansas period but some how they issue a warrant for me and I live in Michigan and have lived in Michigan my whole life furthest west I've been is Minnesota anyways I call too clear things up and am told my the prosecutor I'll have too either hire a lawyer or apply for a court appointed one which is going to cost me $250.00
