I would leave 0 stars if I could, I am late every single month due to how i get paid. I could fix all of this if the move my due date back 2 weeks. I've called 3 times and they said "We can't change it" I've never heard of any loan not being willing to work with people. I can fix all this if we can just change the due date 2 weeks.....GET ANY OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY. once it makes sense to refinance not the smallest chance in hell i use this company...... DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE HERE.
Pathetic company. I hate that they have my mortgage! The phone system is awful. It will reroute you multiple times and circle your call around and around. It takes you to one department and never gets you to a live person. But the worst is his the departments don’t communicate with one another. I’m on hold for more than 3 hours today. It sounds like the insurance department made payments for my insurance premium but did not update the system that I moved to a new company. Zero stars: Unprofessional servicing and broken promises: If your loan gets transferred here, be prepared to fight for your own money. I was promised my insurance funds would be released on a Tuesday. It’s now Friday and my contractor is still unpaid despite doing his part. Newrez is effectively holding my funds hostage. I have never had such a bad experience with a lender and I am a Realtor for 11 years. Stay away!!!! I will gladly tell you THREE seperate reasons why! They took down my original review after talking to them today so I'm reposting. Would leave 0 if i could. Impossible to talk to a human !! They take forever to sign off on insurance checks in order to pay your contractors for damage repairs!! Still waiting on a check I spent $52 to overnight to have them sign off and return. Now going on 3 weeks can’t get a human to talk to me!! I didn’t choose this poor excuse of a company I chose a local lender for this very reason. However they took over the loan. Avoid this company if possible!!!!
