I’ve had a lot of issues with new rez and the only genuinely helpful person has been Whitney from the servicing department. Shes wonderful and the only reason im leaving a good review
RUN AWAY FROM THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY, they need to be investigated for LYING. Absolutely WORST service and my mortgage payment keeps going up and they LIE about escrow shortages, etc.
They are the worst mortgage company in America. They will not work with you at all until its too late. Would not recommend and will never use them ever again.
