This was the company I financed my mortgage with. They then sold it to another company, didn't tell me, but instead told me they were still servicing my mortgage for 2 months after the other company was actually servicing my mortgage. Since I financed with them I was foolish enough to believe them. Once I finally got my mortgage broker involved to look into it further it was found that the loan actually was transferred. We have been in real estate for a long time and use many different lenders and newrez is so horrible that I am actually taking time out of my insanely busy day to leave them a bad review. They are by for the worst lenders we have worked with. They have submitted incorrect insurance policies on our properties, have done inaccurate escrow analyses, over-drafted payments from our account, they are impossible to get ahold of, the list goes on and on. If you can, steer clear of this lender at all costs!

Loan sharking is their game. Looks like they are renaming themselves to avoid low ratings.
I was trying to buy a home from one of this bank's customers. It took months to get my offer approved, and I thought we'd close in 90-120 days because it became a short sale. The bank approved my offer. But would not lock in my rate. Now, it's months later. They foreclosed on the seller, they don't answer phone calls, and it's a nightmare.
