My experience is limited as I was only on the grounds for a little over one hour; but while I was there, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the facility itself is gorgeous. I wish I could leave this review without rating the place (stars). I don’t feel that I have enough experience to “rate”. I gave 2 1/2 because that is neutral but I know this affects overall rating. Was a decent SNF but is now only for psych rehab
The staff was friendly the process was easy and they really seemed to genuinely care
This place is funded through medicare, therefore they have an incentive to keep patients as long as possible. Generally it's older people coming through here and they prey on their vulnerability. They try to justify keeping them there even against their will and the will of the family members. My grandmother had the misfortune of ending up here after a short stint in the hospital. When our family tried to move her to another facility they said she can only be released with doctor's sign off but the doctor only comes once a w... read more
