These people absolutely suck! The drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors are all terrible. I’ve been having problems all year, and I’ve never received any callbacks from the supervisors. It’s never a supervisor to talk to, and the dispatchers are rude. The bus driver is absolutely horrible and clearly hates her job. She even stated it on camera, on the bus! But these are the people we’re supposed to trust to drive our kids. If I could rate it lower, I would! But overall, you all absolutely suck.

These are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. I understand not liking your job but refusing to do the job you're paid for is honestly baffling. They transfer calls to avoid any accountability on their end. They are not only rude but also willing to lie. In a situation where an apology would have sufficed, they chose instead to get a nasty attitude because they don't have any idea what effective communication means.
