Can't seem to ever answer the phone during office hours. I called twice and it said they are open Mon-Fri until 6pm. Called twice at 5 to find out where my kid was and it rung both times I tried to reach out to dispatch. Very unprofessional staff, so sad that drivers have to deal with these kinds of people at their place of work.

My son goes to Riverside Elementary and I depend on the school bus to get him to and from school. I was nervous at first because he is SPED and I worry about him. But the drivers and bus aide take good care of him and that eases my mind. Thankful.
