Absolutely horrible no sense of care for the children or parents bus drivers either come too late or too early never perfectly on time then they don’t ever wanna answer to direct the calls as necessary poor business PERIOD this needs to be addressed

On multiple occasions the bus app has failed to notify me ON TIME that the bus was en route. Additionally, my child's driver comes at random times. They're never there at the designated pickup time. It's too cold for these kids to be sitting outside waiting. My son's bus is never in service anymore so the app is completely useless. HMS fix bus 002!! You're messing up my childs routine and I don't have reliable transportation to take him myself.

On multiple occasions the bus app has failed to notify me ON TIME that the bus was en route. Additionally, my child's driver comes at random times. They're never there at the designated pickup time so we agreed on 5 mins after ok.. except you occasionally decide to come earlier than we agreed and not even wait or you come 20 mins late consistently. This is a SPECIAL NEEDS BUS and the school is 25 mins away. Then my middle schoolers bus is never in service so the app is completely useless. You're messing up my childrens routi... read more
