These people absolutely suck! The drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors are all terrible. I’ve been having problems all year, and I’ve never received any callbacks from the supervisors. It’s never a supervisor to talk to, and the dispatchers are rude. The bus driver is absolutely horrible and clearly hates her job. She even stated it on camera, on the bus! But these are the people we’re supposed to trust to drive our kids. If I could rate it lower, I would! But overall, you all absolutely suck.

These are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. I understand not liking your job but refusing to do the job you're paid for is honestly baffling. They transfer calls to avoid any accountability on their end. They are not only rude but also willing to lie. In a situation where an apology would have sufficed, they chose instead to get a nasty attitude because they don't have any idea what effective communication means. The worst service. They don’t relay any information to the parent of new students. They constantly speak over you. I’ve lived in many states this is by far the worst, including Texas and that says a lot.

My child called me very worried bc after the bus picked her up at her stop she was taken to an unrecognizable location, taken off the bus, and placed, unsupervised, in a building with the other children. She said the bus driver said she needed to get gas. Bc my daughter was so worried I called transportation specifically just to tell someone the situation and ask if this is was normal policy since I never heard of this happening before.
