Newport funded my loan for $50,000 for artificial turf for my athletic facility. I did some machine financing with this firm. I was overall satisfied with my loan.
I worked with Newport on using my properties to secure a working capital loan for my business. They were very helpful in explaining to me what information I needed to provide and how the process worked. All in all it took about 3 weeks to get funding on my loan for capital. Even though I was hesitant at first I'm happy it worked out. Now I have the capital I need to market my business. Not too bad considering what a mess the real estate market is.
