Just delighted! Had recently noticed that the Newport people had all new, clean cars. I decided to try them, after some time. The people at the office/dispatch were very professional and organized. At 4:30pm I asked if I could reserve a car for 7pm. They said I would have call back around 7 since they couldn't be sure they would have a car available. I called around 6:30. Newport after midnight? Forget about it. They will tell you theyre coming in 10 mins and you won't get a cab till 40-50 mins. This had happened to me multiple times. The man who answers the phone is extremely disrespectful and rude. I can't stand Newport any longer!
