This company is dirty. In order to keep your loan and incredibly high finance charges, they will keep from sending a 10 day payoff to a new lender. This affects your trade in deal and causes issues for you to move on. My son is going through this now. What company doesn’t have an email address now a days, unless they are trying to hide something? I would avoid this company at all cost.
My wife and I are very, very grateful for the ability to get financing for both our vehicles. The staff at NAC are respectable, cordial and are just plain grat folks!
