This company is dirty. In order to keep your loan and incredibly high finance charges, they will keep from sending a 10 day payoff to a new lender. This affects your trade in deal and causes issues for you to move on. My son is going through this now. What company doesn’t have an email address now a days, unless they are trying to hide something? I would avoid this company at all cost.
My wife and I are very, very grateful for the ability to get financing for both our vehicles. The staff at NAC are respectable, cordial and are just plain grat folks!
Can’t get ahold of this place. Got a car a few years ago. It was a shit car from the DEALER.(not newport’s fault) I no longer wanted the car, so I let them repossess it… Ok so current day… I’m working on Re establishing my credit and this is one of the bridges I need to cross to make it there. But this is where things get weird. WHEN I was looking into my credit they have the car listed on my credit report as CNL MEANING they have stayed they NEVER repossessed it.
