Sticker price for my car was 13k. I paid 16k just to be told I still owe 13k. Crooks. Reporting to the better business bureau.
This company is dirty. In order to keep your loan and incredibly high finance charges, they will keep from sending a 10 day payoff to a new lender. This affects your trade in deal and causes issues for you to move on. My son is going through this now. What company doesn’t have an email address now a days, unless they are trying to hide something? I would avoid this company at all cost.
