Sandra creates an environment where you immediately feel safe and comfortable. Throughout our time together, not only did I see an immense improvement with what I was having difficulty with but also my friends and family. I genuinely feel like a different person with the help she has given me, I couldn’t recommend her more!
I had tried a few different hypnotherapists but Sandra was different somehow. She made me comfortable, understood and supported. After my session my cravings became weaker, my mindset shifted and I felt in control. I was able to reinforce my mindset by listening to the recording of the session which I believe was crucial in not picking up the habit again. To be honest before my sessions I was very hesitant about how this all works, but I am so so glad I decided to give it a try, Sandra was so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable it made the whole process so easy for me, as for the results I am nearly in disbelief how well it worked for me and also how quickly I saw results, everyone’s experience will be different but I could not be happier with mine. Coming across Sandra and her hypnotherapy has been life changing for me.
